Assistant Project Manager - Fredrick & Emily's Church Renovations

Meet Jessica Brearley, our Assistant Project Manager. Jessica has been with our company for five years, and has grown with us. Starting her career as a production associate in the sanding department, Jessica displayed genuine passion for restoring religious facilities. Her floor supervisor quickly recognized Jessica's talent for detailed work, and assigned her the most intricate tasks in the department.

After working on the production floor for two years, Jessica and her husband David were blessed with their second child, and it was suggested Jessica try a part time position in the office, as to avoid the dusty environment during her pregnancy. She took this position, and much to her own surprise, excelled in it. Her relationships with customers grew quickly, and she was moved up from answering telephones and general filing duties, to being a project assistant, communicating with customers and tracking different aspects of projects. Recently, Jessica was promoted to Assistant Project Manager, taking on larger responsibility for deadlines, and customer satisfaction.

When asked what keeps her coming back to Fredrick & Emily's day in and day out, her reply is this, "I love the relationships I get to build with a church in whole. From speaking with people on the committees, to enjoying the different types of beautiful structures that make up the religious facilities across our country, I find my job truly fulfilling! I also enjoy the opportunities that have been presented to me, because of being a part of the Fredrick & Emily's family. I feel certain I will continue to thrive in the close knit, supportive environment that has been created within our companies for years to come!"

Jessica is 28 and lives in Columbia with her husband, two children, and two dogs.
