General Manager - Fredrick & Emily's Church Renovations

Born, raised, and educated in Lancaster County, graduating from Lancaster Catholic High School and Millersville State University I have continued to live and work in the county for all my adult life. My working history includes working summers through college in the cold mills of a local aluminum factory, retail management, managing a group home for mentally retarded adults, and even some waitressing before entering the technology field.

I began working for Cardinal Technologies, a local computer hardware company, which led to many exciting opportunities such as representing Hewlett Packard Worldwide and Omron of Japan. This work in combination with the sales and engineering groups led me to great experience in customer service and project management. When Cardinal was purchased by Paul Allen, co-inventor of Microsoft, I was given the opportunity to be the Office Manger for Red Wing Corporation a specialty group of hardware and software engineers. Unknown to me this was the beginning of a future doing something I would always love; small business management.

As General Manager of Fredrick & Emily's Church Restoration and Renovations Companies my responsibilities are many but I best serve our customers with my strengths in production, project, and vendor management. I enjoy the family atmosphere and goal oriented team environment we have created between the production floor and the sales group. Fredrick & Emily's is a place where customer service still means something and we all work together to meet our customer's goals. That is we do an excellent job, completed and delivered on time, with communication and care to detail throughout. We are always here to lend an eye to detail, creativity to design, or an ear to maintaining the goal. Our continuing objective is to the complete satisfaction of our customers. My hope is to continue to grow the businesses and our abilities for many years.
